At CALGULF, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible across Pakistan.

1. Delivery Timeframes

• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 2–4 working days.

• Rest of Pakistan / Remote Areas: 4–6 working days.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Flat Rs. 250 on orders below Rs. 2,999.

• Free Delivery: Available on all orders of Rs. 2,999 or above.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Order Verification

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all locations across Pakistan.

• After placing an order, our representative may contact you via WhatsApp/Call to verify order details before dispatch.

• Please ensure your provided contact number and shipping address are complete and correct to avoid delivery delays.

4. Package Inspection at Doorstep

• For security and safety reasons, courier riders are not permitted to open parcels before payment collection.

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please record an unboxing video and contact our support immediately for a free replacement.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp to track your parcel in real-time.
